Fees & Payments

I charge by the hour, so that you get full value for your money. Thus writing with only a few errors, needing a quick tidy up, will be charged correspondingly less than writing that needs a lot of rephrasing and correcting. I can then work on ongoing projects such as websites, with periodic checks whenever new content is to be uploaded and just charge for the time taken.

Rates on application

You can pay by using your Paypal, Moneybookers account or through our secure paygate at Setcom by credit card and by International Bank Transfer. Unfortunately I cannot accept cheques.

Initial Payment

Short Projects: An initial payment of 50% of my estimated fee must be received by me before I commence work on your project. Please note that my initial quote is only an estimate. I will log the time spent as I work and charge you accordingly.

Extended Projects (Books, magazines, large websites): An initial payment of $200 is required, further hours will then be billed monthly.

Flexibility

It may be slightly less or slightly more than my estimate depending on how much work your writing needs and whether you ask me for further checks and input. I will always let you know if, for any reason, more time is needed than originally estimated. The balance is due on completion.

Exclusions

Please do not ask me to quote on any material that is pornographic, defamatory or intended to incite. I don't want you to waste your time or mine. Thank you.
